GPX Launches New Motorcycles and EV Scooters in Pakistan

GPX Pakistan motorcycles have officially entered the local two-wheeler market with the launch of a new lineup of petrol motorcycles and electric scooters in Pakistan. The company has introduced multiple models aimed at commuters as well as performance-focused riders, marking a new phase of competition in the country’s growing motorcycle industry.

The launch is being handled through Royal Power Group and includes both traditional fuel-powered bikes and modern electric mobility options. With rising demand for affordable and feature-rich transport, GPX aims to position itself as a strong alternative in the 125cc to 250cc segments.

The company says its new range focuses on modern design, improved technology, and competitive pricing. It also highlights fuel efficiency and digital features as key selling points.

New lineup enters multiple segments

The newly introduced lineup includes four petrol motorcycles and two electric scooters. Each model is designed for a different category of riders, from daily commuters to sportbike enthusiasts.

The petrol motorcycle range starts with the GPX Libre 125, priced at around Rs. 325,000. It targets budget-conscious riders who need a reliable city commuter with modern styling.

The GPX Libre 150 follows at Rs. 375,000. It offers a 150cc engine, fuel injection system, six-speed transmission, and a digital display. This model is aimed at riders looking for a balance between performance and practicality.

For higher performance needs, GPX has introduced the Raptor Plus RZ200 at Rs. 540,000. It comes with a 200cc oil-cooled engine, ABS braking system, Bluetooth connectivity, and a six-speed gearbox.

The sports segment includes two fully-faired motorcycles. The GPX Demon GR200R is priced at Rs. 790,000, while the GPX Demon GR250R stands as the flagship model at Rs. 930,000. Both are designed for riders interested in sportbike styling and higher-performance engines.

Electric scooters join the lineup

Alongside petrol motorcycles, GPX has also launched two electric scooters: GPX O2 and GPX O2 Max.

The GPX O2 offers a range of up to 90 kilometers on a single charge, a top speed of 85 km/h, and a 72V system. The pricing has not been officially announced yet.

The GPX O2 Max provides a higher range of up to 120 kilometers per charge with similar performance specifications. It targets urban users looking for cost-effective and eco-friendly transport solutions.

Focus on technology and competition

GPX is entering a competitive market dominated by established motorcycle brands in Pakistan. However, the company is positioning its products with modern features such as electronic fuel injection (EFI), LED lighting, digital instrument clusters, and advanced braking systems across different models.

Industry observers believe the entry of GPX could increase competition in the mid-range motorcycle segment. It may also push existing manufacturers to improve features and pricing strategies.

The introduction of electric scooters also signals growing interest in electric mobility in Pakistan. Fuel price fluctuations and rising urban traffic are driving up demand for EV scooters in the coming years.

Company sources say bookings for the new GPX motorcycles will begin by late July or early August. Early availability will likely determine how quickly the brand gains traction in the local market.

As GPX Pakistan motorcycles enter showrooms, the coming months will show whether the brand can establish itself in a market long dominated by Japanese and local manufacturers.
