CSS 2027 Registration Timeline
The registration process for the screening test will open on 3 August 2026 and remain available until 20 August 2026 through the FPSC’s online application system.
The screening examination is scheduled to take place on 27 September 2026 at examination centres across Pakistan. Only candidates who successfully qualify for this test will be permitted to apply for the written CSS Exam 2027.
The announced timeline gives applicants several weeks to complete registration and prepare for the mandatory screening test before the written examination.
Written Examination Process
Candidates who clear the screening test will move to the next phase of the CSS Exam 2027.
According to the FPSC schedule, the official advertisement for the written examination will be published on 8 November 2026. Online applications for eligible candidates will be accepted from 10 November to 25 November 2026.
Applicants must also submit printed copies of their online application forms along with the required academic and supporting documents to the FPSC headquarters by 4 December 2026.
The written CSS Exam 2027 is scheduled to begin on 27 January 2027.
