Pakistan’s Hajj 2026 pilgrims are continuing to arrive in Saudi Arabia as the government Hajj operation enters its final phase. More than 103,000 intending pilgrims have now reached the Kingdom, according to officials overseeing the ongoing flight and accommodation arrangements.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs confirmed that the large-scale air operation from multiple cities across Pakistan is nearing completion. Around 87% of pilgrims under the government scheme have already arrived in Saudi Arabia through hundreds of special Hajj flights, while the remaining groups are expected to arrive within the next few days before the start of the Hajj rituals.
Officials said the arrivals are being managed smoothly in both Madinah and Jeddah. Pilgrims are first accommodated in designated housing before moving to Makkah, where the majority are currently staying. Nearly all support staff, including medical teams, assistants, and transport coordinators, are already deployed to assist pilgrims throughout their stay.
Authorities also highlighted that transport services in Makkah have been significantly expanded to ensure smooth movement between accommodations and holy sites. Hundreds of shuttle buses are operating round-the-clock to handle the growing number of pilgrims arriving from different regions.
In Madinah, thousands of Pakistani pilgrims have already had the opportunity to visit Riaz-ul-Jannah, one of the most sacred areas in Masjid-e-Nabawi. The spiritual visits are being managed in an organized manner to avoid overcrowding and ensure comfort for all groups.
Officials say the remaining pilgrims will arrive soon, completing the government Hajj quota before the key days of Dhul Hijjah. The entire operation is being closely monitored to ensure safety, comfort, and smooth facilitation for all Hajj 2026 pilgrims.
With arrivals complete, Pakistan’s Hajj mission is now focused on logistics in Makkah and Mina for key rituals.
