Winter Vacations 2025 Announced for Sindh

Winter Vacations 2025 Announced for Sindh, the Sindh government declared a 10-day break for all educational institutions across the province. This winter break for Sindh schools will run from December 22, 2025, to December 31, 2025, according to the Sindh Education Department notification. Both public and private schools, including colleges under the College Education Department, will observe the winter holidays.

The decision, based on a Steering Committee recommendation, aims to protect students from severe cold and seasonal illnesses. Authorities emphasized the importance of student health and safety while allowing time for academic session preparation. Schools will follow the existing Supplementary Examinations Schedule, and HSC Part-I & II exams 2025 will continue as planned during the break.

Parents and students can use the December school holidays to rest and engage in educational activities. The break also helps schools manage academic performance effectively and adjust timetables for the next term. Earlier, the Punjab government also announced the Punjab winter vacations 2025 for schools across the province. Similarly, the Islamabad High Court declared Islamabad High Court winter holidays from December 24, 2025, to January 8, 2026, approved by Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar.

Educational institutions in Sindh are advised to communicate all details through official notifications. Both students and teachers should follow cold-weather precautions and seasonal illnesses prevention measures. This winter break provides a safe environment for learning, rest, and family activities while ensuring schools are ready for the upcoming academic session.
