Sindh Launches AI-Powered Employment Platform

Sindh Launches AI-Powered Employment Platform to Support Persons with Disabilities, aiming to improve access to jobs and social inclusion. This AI-based platform helps persons with disabilities find suitable employment efficiently, matching skills with opportunities. The initiative reinforces the Sindh government’s commitment to inclusive workforce programs and accessible recruitment portals.

The platform, developed in collaboration with the Sukkur Institute of Business Administration, offers an AI-enabled employment system. It integrates a central database for persons with disabilities, streamlining disability certification mechanisms and employment quota processes. Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah emphasized that timely complaint resolution through the digital grievance management system ensures transparency and accountability.

Accessible in Sindhi, Urdu, and English, the platform allows users to navigate job listings, submit applications, and track progress easily. Provincial departments can post vacancies directly, promoting merit-based recruitment while prioritizing differently-abled individuals. Early testing shows that over 1,500 persons with disabilities have already registered, indicating strong demand for digital employment support systems.

The platform’s operational launch is set for May 2026, with the complaint module going live in July 2026. These government-backed digital inclusion projects provide institutional support for disabled individuals and promote employment opportunities for differently-abled persons. By combining AI technology and social development initiatives, Sindh ensures that employment and social inclusion for persons with disabilities become practical and effective.

In conclusion, the Sindh AI-powered employment platform transforms accessibility and recruitment for persons with disabilities. It represents a model for provincial government accessibility initiatives, offering a seamless, inclusive digital platform that supports skills-based job matching and disability-focused government services.
