MG IM6 Electric SUV Spotted in Pakistan: Specs & Launch has sparked excitement among EV enthusiasts nationwide. The luxury mid-size SUV, part of the IM (Intelligence in Motion) brand, was recently seen inside a shipping container, signaling that MG may be preparing to introduce the model locally. The sighting suggests Pakistan could soon join the list of countries with the MG electric SUV available.
MG designed the IM6 as a premium all-electric crossover. Its top-spec variant produces 741 horsepower with dual-motor all-wheel drive, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.48 seconds. The SUV features a 100 kWh battery pack, offering an NEDC range of 600 km and a real-world WLTP range of nearly 500 km. Fast DC charging supports a 10% to 80% charge in roughly 17 minutes, making it practical for daily use.
The IM6 rivals the Tesla Model Y and BYD Sealion 7, and is already available in multiple global markets. In Pakistan, it will enter a growing EV market alongside upcoming EVs such as the Deepal S07 and XPENG G6. Analysts say the MG EV launch could boost interest in Pakistan’s growing EV infrastructure.
MG has not announced pricing or launch dates yet, but experts expect details soon. Luxury features, strong performance, and global recognition make the MG IM6 a strong contender in Pakistan’s EV market.
